Leaf and Limb Disposal Area for Lower Burrell Residents
Please be advised the City of Lower Burrell leaf and limb disposal area is now reopened and available to City of Lower Burrell residents only. The disposal area is behind the brown building at City Hall and will be opened the following times: Monday – Thursday 7AM until 2PM, Friday – Sunday, dawn to dusk.
Please be advised the City will randomly spot check PA drivers licenses to verify Lower Burrell residency. Non-residents and landscapers / contractors may be cited. In addition, any person(s) dumping illegal material(s) may be cited.
Any required changes to the current operating hours or leaf and limb policy will be advertised publicly and available via our web site at www.cityoflowerburrell.com or by calling City Hall at 724-335-9875 ext. 208.
On behalf of Mayor and City Council I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the recent closure of the disposal area.

When recycling please follow the below instructions. Some problems still exist with collections and in the event you are not serviced on your scheduled collection day, leave your collection bin out for pickup the next day. Any questions, please call 724-335-9875, ext. 208.
